Say what you want. The agent does the work.

Describe the video you want in one sentence. The agent inside BaoCut runs the real workflow — fetching the video, transcribing, translating, aligning, and checking — and reports back in the same thread.

  • Works with Claude Code or Codex, signed in with the account you already use

02 · Transcription

Transcription that runs on your computer

Bring in a video, an audio file, or a link. Speech is recognized on-device, lines appear as they are heard, and every word keeps its own timestamp.

  • No AI account needed — the on-device speech model does the work
  • Speakers are told apart and labeled
  • Edit the transcript like a document; subtitles and timing follow the words

03 · Translated subtitles

Bilingual subtitles that actually fit

Translate sentence by sentence, then read the source and the translation side by side. Each translated line is timed to the words it says, broken where it reads naturally, and checked for reading speed.

  • Show the original, the translation, or both on screen — and flip their order
  • Reading speed shown for every line
  • Translation runs through your agent or a cloud model you choose
  • Export SRT, VTT, ASS, or a video with the subtitles burned in

Dub your video into another language

Turn the translation into speech. BaoCut can clone each speaker so the dub still sounds like them, fit the translation to the original timing, and generate the voices on your computer.
